NOTE: Shipping costs are not refunded to store credit during exchange process.
-In order for your item to qualify for return, here are the requirements listed below:
- The item must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date the item was delivered.
- The item must be received in its original condition. Unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached in its original locations.
- Items must be free of odor no perfume etc. No deodorant stains or stains of any find please ensure the highest level of care while trying on your order.
- Items received not in their original state will automatically be returned to the customer, we reserve all rights to reject a returned item if we see it does not meet the required conditions.
- Accessories, bodysuits, tights,undergarmens,white clothing all final sale! All items that are purchased from sales tab are final sale!
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return not including Weekends or Holidays.
We always strive to make every transaction the best for our customers to feel satisfied and happy with their purchase, for whatever reason an item is received and is not of the state I should be, we will make an effort to correct it.
- If an item id faulty due to manufacturing, we will gladly replace or exchange for store credit. Items are not guarantee to remain in stock, if your purchased item is not available we will automatically issue you store credit.
- We will send you a return label free of charge through email for your to return your items.
- As soon as we receive your item we will examine the condition and the fault, upon verification we will issue your replacement or store credit which ever applies.
- In order for your fault claim to be issued, you must contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your item, if provided after the allotted time, you will be responsible for shipping cost.
